I call these reading Journeys Against the Echo Chamber as I try to honestly approach a book from a perspective I would never agree with. Turns out, pretty garbage book. 0.0/5. Bad writing, bad arguments, bad namecalling. I wouldn’t recommend reading it unless you’d also like to see the roots of the current political climate stemming from the anti-Obama rhetoric.

I’ve been a big proponent of meditation recently, and it’s helped me quite a lot with understanding myself better and regulating my mentality. It’s not perfect and I have a lot more to learn and improve. But I’m really enjoying the work and I think everyone can do it and everyone can benefit.

I’ve been about fighting the newsfeed recently. The algorithms that have taken over too much of my life are sinister, slyly sapping our collective attention. This is part calling it out and part trying to harness it. Like! Comment! Share! Love!
