Decent. Really happy to be back at the bar again. A little pain but nothing concerning. My right leg felt pretty good as well. Lots of blood rushes but I felt very in control except for the stretching one where I went to the ground.
Good athletic squat though.
Lifted with Peter, corrected his form, which is decent. It’s the stabilizing muscles and the flexibility that is holding back his from from being textbook
